Q - What type of printing process is used on your apparel?

A - We use a heat transfer process and all of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering.

Q - What size should I order?
 

A - Our sizes range from S - 4XL.  All items are unisex (mens') tees, for our female customer please order a size up or down base on your body type and preferred fit.

Q - Will the designs fade?


A - Over time some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for many wears and washes. When washing care, for your garment by washing them inside out with cold water and with similar colors using a gentle cycle. Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.  Tumble dry low or hang-dry and if ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.

Q - What forms of payment do you accept?

 

A - We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We do not store your credit card information. 

Q - How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 

A - Standard shipping for orders within North America takes 8-10 business days. For international orders depending on the destination and customs processing it will take 15+ business days. During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship.

Q - What shipping method do you use?
 

A - We ship worldwide and use a variety of carriers from local service to First Class International Mail.

Q - What is your return policy?

 

A - We print every product when it is ordered and at this time we are unable to process size exchanges.  Please ensure that you've check the size chart before ordering or send us an email if you have additional questions.

FINAL NOTE:  All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed the payment and shipping process. If there is an error with your order, please let us know within 3 days of purchase or 2 days for order receipt and we'll do our best to fix it.
